Our virtual remote services are designed to provide meaningful, person-centered support for individuals with IDD in alignment with Federal CMS Home and Community-Based Services requirements as laid out in OAR 411-450 and CDCS waivers.
Virtual remote supports are not a substitute for in-person services and supports—they are a flexible, effective extension of it.
Through interactive technology individuals receive real-time guidance, skill-building, and emotional support while remaining in their own homes and communities. Services are individualized, outcome-driven, and aligned with each person’s ISP/Support Plan, ensuring that all supports continue to promote independence, choice, and integration in ways that are acceptable and attainable to those who are being served.
Our virtual model supports:
All services are delivered in compliance with expectations for community-based supports including documentation, health and safety oversight, and person-centered planning.
The result?
Individuals are not just supported—they are empowered to thrive, connect, and grow in ways that are meaningful to them.
