Q: How do I apply for ATS services?

A: Contact ATS Administration by calling (503) 847 8164 or emailing admin@abilityts.com.

Q: Must I have SSI, SSDI or VR assistance to qualify for ATS services?

A: Anyone can use Ability Training Services! However, ATS is a Medicaid Approved Provider, so if you have  so if you have SSI, SSDI, or VR assistance you can use our services at no cost to you.

Q: How old do I have to be to use ATS services?

 A: You must be over 18 in order to use SSI, SSDI or VR assistance to contract with  Ability Training Services. If you wish to pay out of pocket, you may be any age to use our services. 

Q: Do I have to use all of the programs offered by ATS, or can I just use one?

A: You can use one or a combination of the many programs offered. If you  are using SSI, SSDI or VR assistance your Individual Service Plan or Individual Plan for Employment will  determine which Programs you can use. 

Q: How do I get started?

A:  If you wish to pay out-of-pocket for our services, please contact ATS directly at admin@abilityts.com to discuss what ATS has to offer and schedule an appointment to meet us. If you wish to use SSI, SSDI or VR assistance you will need to call your Service Coordinator (County), Personal Agent (Brokerage) or Counselor (VR) first to inform them of your desire to use ATS services. They will then email ATS to schedule an appointment for you to meet us. 

Q: Can I change my mind later and cancel ATS services?

A: Yes, you can cancel your services with ATS at any time.
