Q: How do I apply for ATS services?

A: Contact ATS Administration by calling (503) 560-9980 in Oregon or (218) 248-7579 in Minnesota. You can also email danya@abilityts.com.

Q: Must I have SSI, SSDI or VR assistance to qualify for ATS services?

A: Anyone can use Ability Training Services! However, ATS is a Medicaid Approved Provider, so if you have so if you have SSI, SSDI, CDCS or VR assistance you can use our services at no cost to you.

Q: How old do I have to be to use ATS services?

A: You can be any age to use ATS.

Q: Do I have to use all of the programs offered by ATS, or can I just use one?

A: You can use one or a combination of the many programs offered. If you are using SSI, SSDI, CDCS or VR assistance your Consumer Directed Community Support Plan, Individual Service Plan or Individual Plan for Employment will determine which programs you can use.

Q: How do I get started?

A: If you wish to pay out-of-pocket for our services, please contact ATS directly at danya@abilityts.com to discuss what ATS has to offer and schedule an appointment to meet us. If you wish to use SSI, SSDI, CDCS, or VR assistance you will need to call your Service Coordinator, Personal Agent, Support Planner or Counselor first to inform them of your desire to use ATS services. They will then email ATS to schedule an appointment for you to meet us.

Q: Can I change my mind later and cancel ATS services?

A: Yes, you can cancel your services with ATS at any time.
