I come from the Special Education realm and have worked in this field since 2007. My boys are my everything! I enjoy walking my dogs, swimming and tanning, road tripping (I have been to 30/50 states), studying law, psychology and the bible.

I have been working with ATS since we began in 2014! I help create most of our Social Media posts, help train new providers, keep an eye out for the safety of all our providers and customers, and am always searching for ways to innovate how we provide engaging Person-Centered Supports and opportunities for growth, both as individuals and as an agency! I enjoy using all of my previous job experience as a lifeguard, swim coach, youth pastor, and even as a produce clerk to help me support customers in whatever life-skills or community involvement they be interested in pursuing. In my spare time I enjoy bowling, taking photos, attending concerts, going on long road trips with my best friend, serving at my church, and hanging out with my cat, Tuesday!

Hi! I love anything sports (besides the ones I’m bad at) and I enjoy playing with Rubik’s Cubes. I like to think that I am easy going, and I always try to spark a positive and energetic mood with all the clients. Throughout high school I worked in multiple preschools, one inclusive, and two solely specializing in children with disabilities. This line of work has always been rewarding for me, and I love giving to those who need it.
I started as an ATS provider and then took over the Employment Department for Danya. I love the training I got and I love working with employers!

At home my two crazy boys keep me super busy, along with my doggies (aka fur babies). My husband, kids, and I all love to go camping and swimming as much as we can in the summer. I'm currently going to school for an associates degree of general studies and majoring in communications and humanities. I come from a business background but have spent large pieces of my life volunteering for women's foundations and taking part in missions across Colombia, where I was born and raised. I always felt a connection to small changes that can compound and make a big impact. Helping raise up and empower people has been a life-changing experience. I've connected with ATS because we're not just helping people grow but we're growing together. In my opinion, it's a privilege to work for a company where your coworkers, clients, and their families care about everyone and have great communication. In my personal time, I enjoy preparing meals, staying active by exploring nature and traveling, and being around people that I love. Some fun and not the only facts about me are that I enjoy listening to others, always bringing an avocado for lunch, like stretching when I am thinking, and enjoy laughing and smiling at the world.
